Sistem perawatan yang dilakukan selama ini adalah bersifat breakdown maintenance yaitu pemeliharaan setelah mesin mengalami kerusakan. belum memberikan data akurat kapan suatu atau komponen kerusakan, sehingga strategi tepat untuk menjaga tetap beroperasi menentukan interval waktu optimal.Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan metode Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) maka didapat kritis pada Mesin Screw Press Komponen Worm Screw, Besi Shaft dan Cage diperoleh penggantian 32 hari, 68 48 hari 1 ; 2 52 128 3 56 104 64 4 72 74 hari.
